The last complete version of this document is from 2023, all gambling operators should therefore take the time to carefully review this document and update their Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Assessments to take into account the up to date guidance.
Don’t forget any other Policies and Procedures which take into account the Commission’s guidance, including any AML Policy or Compliance Handbooks, referring to outdated guidance is always an own goal!
